What size bags are available?

We have 4 sizes for our pick n mix sweets:

Taster - 100g
Small - 250g
Standard - 500g
Large - 1kg

Do you have vegan/vegetarian sweets?

What food hygiene certifcation do you have?

We are CPD certified for Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering and have passed the Food Standards Agency's Food Allergy and Intolerance Training.

Our Loyalty Program

What is Go Mmm’s loyalty program?

Our loyalty program enables you to earn points which can be redeemed against future orders. For every 100 points you earn you’ll get £1 off your next order.

How do I earn points?

You will earn points every time you place an order, leave a review or even when it’s your birthday!

Where can I see the points I’ve earned?

You will need to log into your Go Mmm account and select the Loyalty Program option. Here you will see you how much you’ve already earned in your wallet, ways you can earn and how to redeem your points.

How do I redeem my rewards?

In your Go Mmm account, go to the Loyalty Program section where you will see an option to ‘redeem’. If you have earned enough points you will be able to redeem them for money off your next order. 100 points is equal to £1 so the minimum you can redeem is 100 points and the maximum is 500.

You can only redeem your reward on orders over £10 and not in conjunction with other offers or discounts.

Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship to?

All orders placed with Go Mmm can be shipped to all UK addresses (excluding channel islands and international addresses).

What is local pick up?

We offer the option for you to pick up your order. Choose the "Pick up" option at checkout to see how far away we are before placing your order.

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with information on how to arrange your pick up. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

How can I get local delivery?

We offer FREE local delivery for locations within miles 2 miles of EN5 1AA and with a minimum order of £10.

To see whether we deliver to your area, enter your full address including postcode at checkout. If you are eligible for free local delivery you will see the option under Shipping Method. If you are not eligible you will only see the standard shipping option.

After selecting local delivery and placing your order you’ll receive a confirmation email with information on how to arrange your delivery. You will need to confirm your order number upon delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders will be posted Royal Mail 1st Class (approx. 3 working
days) unless otherwise requested in advance. If you would like express or tracked shipping, please email info@gommm.co.uk before placing your order.

Can I change my order?

If you need to make an amendment to your order then please don’t hesitate to contact us by either emailing info@gommm.co.uk or call 07943 904 527.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Yes, unless we contact you, your order should always come in one package.

How can I track my order?

Where is my order?

We’re sorry that your order hasn’t arrived yet. We aim to get all orders made and dispatched within 24 hours, however, this can sometimes take longer during busy period such as major holidays and weekends.

Please note that we do not work on weekends and, as such, orders
placed between late Friday to early Monday will not be dispatched until
Monday evening, at the earliest.

What do I do if my order is damaged or missing some items?

If your order isn't as you expected for whatever reason, please contact us as soon as possibe including your order number. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours.

What is your returns policy?

If your order isn't as you expected for whatever reason, please contact us as soon as possibe including your order number. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours.

We cannot accept returns/refunds under the following circumstances:

  • 14 days have passed since receiving your order.
  • You have opened your order or your order has been damaged.
  • Goods are not in their original packaging.
